The Mitchell report is out.  A number of big names mentioned, including Clemens and Pettite for starters.

The Bay Area links for the Mitchell Report is pretty high. Quite a few who played for the Giants or A's. I've skimmed through the report (it's way too long to read in one day). If anyone downloads it, check toward the back. There are copies of checks and other documents that show link to players and Kirk Radomski (who sold players steroids).

FP Santangelo surprised me but none of this should really be a surprise. Who the hell didn't enhance? Trainer says take it, you take it.

OK, taking abreak from baseball. Went to Sharks tonight. Stellar win. Plus, before the 3rd period I got to play musical chairs on the ice. Four people, three chairs. Landed on my ass on the ice but did claim the chair in round one. Came up chairless in R2 and had to exit the ice. Came away with a few cds. Music prize for musical chairs. So much fun.

So would have if the chance presented itself. All of a sudden the music stopped and two people were sitting. I wasn't even close to being in scuffle position. Trust me, I would have. ;)

Well, FP was part of that "fightin' sparkplug" group, or whatever they  were called.  I seem to remember we had 3 players not too tall, but all with Popeye arms.  Marvin Bernard, and who was the other guy?

Another 'roider, Armando Rios. Kinda ironic that all 3 "fightin' sparkplugs" are/were linked to steroids. Rios was another Balco customer.
