Bob Ueker was calling the Brewers game. It was fun seeing him there.

Was his stalker there?

She looks more like she should be stalking Bea Arthur, no?

She looks like Dustin Hoffman in drag.  She could star in Tootsie 2:  Stalking Bob Ueker.

or Tootsie 2: Stalking Bob U. (in the rhyming tradition of Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo)

Holy crap! I guess I'm lucky I wasn't questioned. My friend and I stood for a while below the announcers, said hi to Kuip and Kruk who were busy with post game stuff and I yelled to "Uek" and waved. He looked but did not wave back. An usher came to me and my friend and told us we needed to get going as there was a day game today.

Balmy night and fun was had by all. Giants pull one out and it was so much better than last night. Bob Ueker was calling the Brewers game. It was fun seeing him there. $!@ Steve Finley, 0 for 5.

We went last night too; gifted tix at last minute.  Practically bumped into Lon Simmons as he was coming out of the press box elevator afterwards!

I was watching Lon last night. He was sitting in the box with Willie.

Hillenbrand
« Reply #353 on: July 22, 2006, 08:06:28 AM »
You guys are gonna regret picking up Shea Hillenbrand.  He's locker-room poison.  And someone who uses "faggot" as an epithet against people he doesn't look isn't going to win many popularity contests there.

Just sayin' . . .

I was stunned to hear that this morning -- and we gave up Accardo, one of our better relievers in a bullpen that ain't great to begin with. Hrm.

Don't think so--but I'm not the guy with my name on the account. What's the nature of this event? You can PM me if you prefer.
Let's get right to it.

DREAMS DO COME TRUE!
« Reply #358 on: August 03, 2006, 11:15:54 PM »
Yes, dreams do come true.
I tip toed and skippped and plodded barefoot through the ballpark. The grass is SPLENDID! I had to take my sandals off.   I stood on the pitchers mound and rubbed my toes in the dirt. I rolled about in the outfield. Geoff, can I have a directory to post pics in?
I chatted with Jeffrey Leoneard (signed a paper I had as well as my forearm YAY!) and told him how much I admired his thighs. Chatted with Kruk and Jon Miller who was so gracious. Picture and chat and signature with Vida Blue. So nice!  Willie McCovey was not chatty but did sign.
I went in both visitor and home batting cages and YES! I made contact. Many times!
Wow wow wow.
