Do any of you do Fantasy Baseball?  I'm in one hardcore league in Boston, would consider entering a more casually fun (and free) one via Yahoo if anyone's interested.

I spend way too much time on the 'net as it is!

It's all Mark McGwire's Fault!!!!

But just in case anyone wasn't paying attention, MLB didn't make this stuff illegal at that time.  In fact the only thing that would be 'shocking' is when we finally get to see the MLB memo that explicitly condoned looking the other way, as the steroid-fueled power surge brought the fans back.

Hey everybody, I need to let you in on a little secret.  Sadaharu Oh, the Japanese manager & greatest slugger in baseball history, is NOT actually Japanese.  In fact he is Taiwanese & comes from my wife's hometown of Tainan, Taiwan. Just like Akebono is really a guy from American Samoa named Chad Rowan, Sadaharu Oh moved to Japan, got famous & adopted a Japanese name & lifestyle.  But he is the pride of Taiwan nonetheless.

Play Ball!!!!!!
Spent a few hours mingling with the Giants today. Woo hooo what fun. My new Rich Aurilia is Steve Finley! Autographs from so many, most notably Felipe, Moises, Matt Cain, Noah Lowry, Matt Morris, Mike Metheny, Steve Finley, Lance Niekro, Omar Vizquel, Jason Ellison, Todd Linden. Orlando Cepeda too. Talked to Tim Worrel and Armando Benitez but no pics with them.

Come on Opening Day!!

So how were you able to arrange this little tete-a-tete?
Let's get right to it.
