Anyone going to be at the Giants game tomorrow night?  I will be there, my first game this year.
hopefully it will live up to the hype.  Somewhat of a playoff fever right now.

I know it's hot at the ballpark tonight but jeezus: G-men have a 10+-run game 2 nites in a row!  Winning 13-5 at the moment, and it's only the 5th inning.

Were you part of that group that was cheering loudly before, during and after the Anthem?

at one point, when one of the Reds was at bat, someone was yelling "you SUCK, you piece of SHIT!" and it came over quite clearly on the TV broadcast.

well, if you could hear us wherever you were.  We were up near the very top behind home plate.  But yes, I video'd much of her anthem, and it's periodically drowned out by screams during certain parts!  It was quite an honor to be there.  We had to leave excessively early due to school night and all.

not surprisingly, "Feel the Teal" has already been used by the Jax Jaguars and the Fla Marlins.

Funny, I went to a game some years back and in the row in front of us were 6 or 7 14-year-old-girls celebrating one of their birthdays. I was surprised that young teen girls would pick a hockey game as a B-day outing, but when then-Shark Teemu Selanne (a big heartthrob) came out on the ice and all the girls swooned in unison (and did so every time his name was mentioned) I was schooled.

The Giants yank their sausage. And they weren't at the Folson St Fair, either:

looks like it may remain 1 for another day: Padres up 5-0 in the 4th.

Indeed, 1 is still the magic-est number that you'll ever do. But at least the guys got a rally going in the 6th to make it interesting. Thank god for MLB network. And tomorrow's game is the Fox game o' the week.
Let's get right to it.
