But BOS1 5000 Volts' "I'm on Fire", ripping off a hook from "Black Is Black" for a delightful early-disco ditty.

If someone named "Love Is Forever" the most boring hit song of the 1980's, I wouldn't argue.

The Survivor isn't particularly bad, IMHO, just not very memorable.

I too had forgotten about "What About Love" until I got Aimee Mann's Ultimate Collection. 'Til Tuesday didn't get the appreciation they deserved.

Surely Oran Juice Jones made an appearance.

"Typical Male" is one of many songs that should have, but as far as I know hasn't, made an 86 10@10 appearance.

Even tho' I've heard this show before, this Bo Donaldson "Heartbreak Kid" song made no impression on me.  Ditto the Guess Who's "Dancin' Fool" and Andy Kim's redundantly-titled "Fire, Baby, I'm on Fire" (even more Diamond-y than "Rock Me Gently"), and the Righteous Bros "Dream On".  It's an obscurity-fest tonite!
