Hey Mike: The rest of Dave's replays don't wow me, so I'm listening to Felix Hernandez @ WBGO.  He's currently playing some Billy Stewart that's new to me.  Don't know the title -- "My Heart's an Open Door," maybe? -- but it's an uptempo Marvin Gaye-ish thing that recycles "Summertime"'s thrilling trills.

Thanks for the reminder -- I've been meaning to check out Felix, and this is a good opportunity. No idea on that tune, but their website has a "just played" feature that seems to be working just fine

And now songs of "thanks" -- not a turkey in the bunch, I'll wager.

Alas, I'm listening via iTunes, which provides no such insight.

That Bettye LaVette "Thank You" was pretty!

OMG!  One of the 3WS deejays used to sign off with this "Thank You and Goodnight" song in the middle of the night; I haven't heard it since the early '90s!

Ah, OK, just checked, I think it was "To Love to Love" that I was groovin' on.

FYI, I've switched over to CGSS for the duration (I've got another 2 hours here before I can go home).

I was wondering about that: Do you always work Saturdays now?
