no, this is fascinating!   Seriously.  Last year's was the longest-ever, if memory serves (started 6am on a Monday and ran thru the following, what, Saturday?) So, 12 or 13 days? This one will run -- at most -- thru next weekend, more like 10 days if that.  Too bad, since they only seem to do it once-a-year these days.

final update, then I get in my car & drive home & won't keep up.

Aqualung is our 63rd song, 8 of which are new form last year.  At the same time we have skipped 31 songs from last year, the most recent of  which are:

ANCHORAGE -- MICHELLE SHOCKED
AND YOUR BIRD CAN SING -- BEATLES
ANGELYNE -- JAYHAWKS
ANGIE -- ROLLING STONES
ANGRY EYES -- KENNY LOGGINS/JIM MESSINA
ANGRY WORDS -- WILLIE PORTER
ANNIVERSARY SONG -- COWBOY JUNKIES
ANYTHING BUT DOWN -- SHERYL CROW

I'm really upset to have missed the Jayhawks!

If they continue dropping songs at this rate, this A to Z should be about 25% shorter than last year's. It's quarter past 5 and Big Rick just said they're nearly done with the As.
