BOS Ms Bush.  May be the best we get unless Dave has a breakout up his sleeve.

Hmmm, what's this song after Runnin' Up That Hill? It has a distinct mid-80s Peter Gabriel-esque piano/drum sound but I don't think it's PG.

Oh, it's TFF. Bustout?

Funny you should ask.  I have completed my Darryl archive spreadsheet, and so can tell you that there have been precisely 25 sets from 1985 recorded, and this song, "The Working Hour" has appeared in 3 previous ones, the last being about a week prior to this past Thanksgiving.

ETA: "Runnin' Up That Hill" was also in thrice previously & "Take On Me" 4 times.  One other Kate song showed up once & two other TFF songs showed up a total of 8 times (7 for "...Rule the World" & surprisingly only once for "Head Over Heels").

As y'all may have noticed, I ALWAYS give this a BOS, certainly one of my fave '85 albums.

Per the IM thingy, we have an opportunity to Spot the Vinyl today. No guesses yet.
Let's get right to it.

VHM Annie & Dave, "Ball & Chain", tho' I'd've preferred "There Must be an Angel".

Hey Mark, did you by chance call in to the morning show this am when they were talking about the escalating gas prices, the oil companies, and what should be done?

3 seems to be the magic number today, as each song after a-ha shows up 3 times in the archive.  Interestingly, Dave's intern has come up with a different variation on the title of this Eurhymics tune each time:

(Love You Like A) Ball and Chain
I Love You Like a Ball & Chain
Love You Like a Ball and Chain
"Music is the Earth, People are the Flowers, and I am the Hose."

I dunno, I'm getting a pretty nifty left-right pan effect from this one. Might be worthy of a BOS vote, just based on that.

Nope, I had my car stereo ripped out back in Feb,and since then just listen to my Zen (iPod clone) while driving.  So no more listening to the Morning Show.

Here's your Vinyl & a BOS!  Phantom Rocker & Slick.

I don't get as many opportunities to listen on headphones to radio, so yesterday when I was sneaking a listen to Magic Man, I really noticed the cool panning and stereo overdubbing in my earplugs.
Don't stand in the way of LOVE!

Bummer about your car stereo.

And I was thinking the same thing about PR&S being the vinyl--I think it's been a STV contestant before.
