I'm sure it must have happened some time in the past 20 years but I don't recall it. Hell, it's rare that we even get consecutive years in the same week.

But OUR fanatics are "good christian americans".  Only fanatics from other religions are evil.  Which is why our fanatics now want to be called "evangelical christians" rather than "christian fundamentalists" because the latter sounds too much like "islamic fundamentalists".
