How many songs is this?  Seems like more than 10.

Is it a known bug in the forum software that after posting to a thread, you get taken back to the main index page, instead of the thread you just posted to?  That's annoying.

I did my bit today by heading down to Palo Alto Obama headquarters at 6am to make a few hours of calls -- hoping for a landslide!!

it'll surely be a landslide in Calif.  But I'm still nervous.

SUPERB set. Ending with the Beatles (yay) is a great way to send us off.

OK, so I can't count. More likely the solo WGFA is the wrapper on this one. Nice long set, too. (Wish I'd been able to hear the middle part.)
Let's get right to it.

SUPERB set. Anyone down there able to record this one? Please? (I'd try via the audio out on my computer, but the likelihood of buffering makes that not so ideal.)
I can record tonight's replay on cassette. Will that do?

We've got a jury!  Will the foreman/woman please read the verdict?!

We find the incumbent party ...

and six pages, to boot!

According to the stats at the bottom of the forum front door, we had 15 online at one point today. And we're up to 7 pages and counting now.
Let's get right to it.

BTW, voted around 9:30AM in West San Jose at the nearby Korean Baptist Church.  No wait whatsoever -- perfect for slackers like me.

One funny thing -- you were given the choice to vote in one of those flimsy-looking "booths" (tables w/ cardboard privacy walls), or at big tables w/ folding chairs, or on some crazy overstuffed couches with coffee tables in front of them.

(If you zoom in, you can see who I voted for!)

Then went over to $tarbuck$ for our free coffee.  What?  10 minutes left to brew?  Ok, we'll wait.

Hope to head over to Santana Row for Ben & Jerry's tonight.  Hope the lines not too crazy.

ooo! ELP, "Fanfare for the Common Man"! BOS and proxy of shray!

I was in the car and I actually got choked up.  After Dave's intro & the sound clip preceeding this, and then those unmistakeable 3 notes.  Wow!

Nice work Darryl, but aren't you influencing our vote?  ;)
BTW, I heard on newsradio this morn that its illegal to provide favors for voting, so Starbucks and B&J's legally should give coffee, ice cream to anyone that asks!  Woo-hoo!

Right -- KGO-TV at 11 last night mentioned in the teaser that "it might be in violation of some federal voting laws", but then didn't follow-up, simply saying Starbucks and Krispy Kreme were giving away free coffee and donuts to anyone who voted.

But another story I heard or read said you didn't even have to vote, just go up and ask.

I believe the fine print in the Starbucks commercial said "Just walk up and say 'I voted' and receive a free brewed coffee."  So I guess they saying they don't care if you lie.
