Gaz & I agree: it's Detroit's week to finally win.

Hah!   Best of luck with that.  Detroit may have the worst defense this year in the history of the NFL.  They clearly have the worst defense in the last 14 years - through 14 games anyway - according to the website I trust (www.footballoutsiders.com).
my boring old science viewpoint reminds me that even if you flip a coin 14 times, and it comes up tails, it's still only a 50-50 chance at heads on the next flip.  Detroit might well win this game, but on 'any given Sunday,' I'd have to bet against it.

I agree with you, actually - but the only way I can possibly gain any ground in the final weeks is to pick a few unlikely upsets.

I'm not picking em but they SHOULD win at least ONE this season. How many teams have ever lost all games in a season?

The Cowboys went 0-12 in their first season (I want to say 1960?) and Tampa went 0-14 in their first season (1976, when they were an AFC team).  But 0-16?  never once in the 30 yrs of the 16-game sched.

Longest losing streak within a season is 15, a few years ago when Carolina won their first and finished 1-15.

And I'm just pleased--first time I've picked them to win all year, I believe, that they've done so.
Let's get right to it.
