Hour 2: Toni & Daryl are dancing too. Natalie's got love on her mind. And coke up her nose.

Sticking around just long enuf to hear Tavares' great, clever "Whodunit" and Dave Morey fave "Dancin' Man" by Q. Off to run errands.

Pre-Casey replay, Magic 98 is doing their '70s Saturday thang and promising ALL of Donna Summer's hits.  And (TANC) Magic 98 is doing *their* version of A-Z (with weekends off; resumes Monday).

Listening to this show a 2nd time because I loved it so much. Can't recall a Casey rerun that had so many of my fave forgotten '70 soul hits in one place.  **WHICH MEANS**  well... you know.

Actually, I don't know what you mean...

Listening now, it's great.  Love the Yvonne Elliman song, especially.

And speaking of religion, i'm listening to the stream from some Christian station in Wisconsin.  They just played a commercial for a Noah's Ark Water Park!

CKRU having streamimg probs -- using CKWS as a backup.

Starting off with Celebration feat Mike Love, "Amost Summer", one of the great Beach Boys knockoffs. Followed by Rufuis feat Chaka with one of their forgotten ones.

Awww: Donna's "Last Dance" debuts. BOS Hall of Fame.

Rod gets a BOS for his lovely "I Was Only Joking"; Buffett's serving cheezeburgers for breakfast.

VHM one of Barry White's overlooked ones. And another Barry heard from: BOS3 Mr Manilow.

Ms Ronstadt learns a song from Mick. "people try to rape me" indeed. VHM "Tumblin Dice" version 2.0

Seals & Crofts are the love; Seger's back and he's still the same.

Michael's johnson is bluer than blue. Lay off the porn, dude.

BOS4 Heart when they were good.

Casey notes Paul Davis' record-breaking chart run with "I Go Crazy" as an extra.

Hour 2 kicks off with "Groove Line".

"Because the Night": the first of 2 Pattis who would affect Broooce's life.

Casey kicks off June 1981 by playing last week's #1: prepare to be un-heezed!

But #40 is "Elvira"

OMFG: Billy (Vera) & the Beaters -- BOSFRA "I can Take Care of Myself".

Pink Floyd APP, "Us & Them "Time".

Jim Photoglo's "Fool in Love With You" sounds like Frankie & the Knockouts.

OMFG: uber-WOS Starship, "Find Your Way Back"

Hour 2: I'd forgotten how inconsequential Chris Cross' "Say You'll Be Mine" is.

WOS2: Santana's "Winning"; Quincy Jones' "Ai No Corrida" (co-written by former Ian Dury Blockhead, Chas Jankel!) cribs part of the melody of "Dreadlock Holiday".

EJ's unfairly forgotten "Nobody Wins" gets a VHM.

uber-BOS2 Gary US Bonds/Brooooce/Little Steven et al, "This Little Girl".

Holee crap: this orig 1975 version of Champaign's "How 'Bout Us", when they were called the Water Bros Band, is NTM and a fascinating find.

This first hour has a few of my all-time faves from '75.

Elvis knows how to spell; Tanya Tucker makes the pop chart.

VHM BTO; BOS1 "Dy-no-MITE!"

Proxy of GazWOS: "Judy Mae". Er, ewww.

VHM Smokey, backatcha.  Van McCoy hustles his way into our hearts.
