we'll be lucky to hear one tune, I reckon. And indeed "Buffalo Stance" is coming up. Didn't hit in the US until Spring/Summer '89 as I recall.

Indeed, today's AT40 recap is the second half of the 1978 year-end.  "Dust in the Wind" at 39, "The Closer I Get to You" at 38.

I didn't know that: Longtime hitmeister Barry Mann co-wrote the melody of Dan Hill's otherwise dismal "Sometimes When We Touch."  Now ABBA gets Erasuresque at 32, and Raydio's "Jack & Jill" makes a surprise appearance at 31.  Seriously, when's the last time anyone played this on the radio?
