"Annalisa,I have thought long and hrd about an arcane Groundhog day musician. How about the Cream?"

er... huh?

A misguided reference to Pressed Rat and Warthog?

Hmm, it's that U2 song with The Edge singing that everyone tried to forget about.

BOS1: Bill Withers

HM to those long-held notes.  Didn't we just hear the S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. cover of this recently?

WOS1 Corey Hart.

Shocking how many utterly forgettable Top 40 hitss Corey Hart had.

Back in the '70s set, I'd like "Paloma Blanca" better if it didn't make me involuntarily hum, "Flintstones, meet the Flintstones ..."

Castor, whose best known hit was 1972's "Troglodyte", died in Las Vegas of undisclosed causes.

I got a big kick out of that, "Bertha Butt Boogie," and "Hey Leroy - Yo' Mama's Callin' You."

And Casey omitted Welch in favor of the Happenings when recounting the song's past Top 40 appearances.  (He also forgot that Nazareth's "Love Hurts" was a cover.)

"Prime Time" was the Tubes?!  Wow - it was NTM, and I almost thought it could have been Donna Summer and Brooklyn Dreams.

Is this an OK place to broadcast your Joe Buck stories? Wow, I just realized for the first time that he shares a name with the Midnight Cowboy.

TANC!  There's a famous rumor about Mr Buck supposedly liking men, despite being married with children. It involves a famous and sexy former baseball player. That's enuf for now.

Haha, yesterday at the Gym bar (a gay sports bar here in NYC), my friends and I played a simple drinking game: Drink every time Joe Buck looks longingly into Troy Aikman's eyes.  We had a buzz by the end of the pregame.

Ew, cheezy production values on this James Taylor lite (!) tune.

Who's doing this version of "Redemption Song?"

It seems to be Marley, just a different (live) version.

I'm having the same problem with AL's FB page.

The KFOG popout player ID'd the artist as Stephen Marley.  Bob's son?

You want cranky?  Here's what I posted to AL's wall:  PE, "By the Time I Get to Arizona," a song about the MLK holiday's (non)observance.

Thanks for IDing the artist!
