We've been testing for a while now.  Seems to be going pretty well, but let's see where everyone is at now.  Should we stay with this new board (actually, not "here" precisely, because this is just loaned space at the moment (thanks Geoff)), or do we want to go back to disc-server?  Or are we still on the fence?

Reading Irish Greg's page and found that there's links to a couple of songs by his early 90's band.  Check em out.

At the time - early '90s in Dublin - we thought we were pretty cutting edge and alternative, but listening now I discover we were more Matchbox 20 than Nirvana.

Todays morning show internet poll -- who's the greatest american artist, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, or Bob Dylan.  The results so far are not surprising, other than that Petty even gets 23%.  I mean, personally, I love the guy, but I wouldn't pick him out of that crowd.

I went for soup at Napa Ranch today (mmmm, Creamy Curry Chicken).  They have a daily trivia question, first twelve right get a free cookie.  Today's question:

What age was Loretta Lynn when she first became a grandmother?

I guessed 37.

No cookie for me.  But she whispered the answer to me.  So let the guessing begin.
