22 March 2013: it's... 1987
« on: March 22, 2013, 09:52:44 AM »
presumably a late-'80s day.

clue: "Jon Lovitz on SNL that year" which would be... anywhere from '85 to '90.

man, I *really* don't wanna hear about Joe Theismann's prostate.

eek: '87. this is gonna be gruesome, I'm betting.  But VHM JCM, "PIF"

But, one that has made plenty of appearances on KFOG regular programming since DC took the reins.  Along with "Texas."  DC loves some CR.

NTM. Not bad. I'll give it an HMFRA.

didn't realize DC had that in rotay. It was a fave of mine when it was new, and I was disappointed when it wasn't a major pop hit in the US. I remember buying the 45 at Tower, back when they stocked the entire Billboard Hot 100 each week.

Oy: uber-uber-LN INXS. It's one of DC's kind.

Interesting. Anyone else hearing a Van Morrison influence here?

LN2.  Probably their most-played track on "mainstream" AOR
