I find that commercial to be extremely disturbing.  And I think it's a retread campaign, I seem to remember it from a year or two ago.

Indeed (the jobs website) is using Bobby Hebb's "Sunny".  n odd choice, it doesn't seem to fit the client or the spot. Maybe it was cheap to license.
