Partridges, "C'mon Get Happy" for Prius.

wow, was that commercial really 2 years ago??  In any case, the song (a cover version) is now flogging Aquafina flavored sparkling water.

The interesting thing about this version (which I Shazamed, then ended up buying it) is that it's performed by Lilly Winwood. Yeah, that's Steve Winwood's daughter. Listen close, you'll hear him on harmonies. Pretty sweet.

The long version of the commercial starts out a little weird/depressing, but eventually gets there:

Ehhh, he's a fairly new and up-and-coming artist, and that probably gave him/them a nice payday.
Let's get right to it.

he also appears in the Kia Soul commercial with the hamsters, where he plays "Dueling Banjos."

It's a commercial?? It's on the radio a lot. Began hearing it a couple months (?) ago.  "My Prepaid is better than yours...."

"The Weight" (!) in a spot for Country Inns and Suites. Can't recall ever hearing that song in a commercial before.

Those Honda a cappela spots are pretty cool, IMHO. There's also one with a boy's chorus doing Kiss' "I Was Made For Lovin' You"
