VHM acoustical Heart.

Oh mama: Styx are in fear of their lives from the long arm of the law.

EC listens to the propaganda and the latest slanda. BOS "Pump it Up".

CS&N - Suite: Judy Blue Eyes
Stevie Wonder - My Cherie Amour
Beatles - Hey Bulldog
Who - I'm Free
Simon & Garfunkel - The Boxer
Led Zeppelin - Thank You
Spirit - I Got a Line on You
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Proud Mary
Deep Purple - Kentucky Woman
Steam - Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye

a couple relative rarities ("Hey Bulldog", and the Zep & DP tunes) in the midst of some serious 'trinas.

Yikes. Bob in the '80s. And VH walks in. But Timbuk 3's future looks bright. Little did they know!

WOS Crapton and the way that he uses it.

And "the black Crapton", Mr Cray, gets a constant busy signal.

Seger has something that's "like a rock". That's what Mr Weiner said.

Yikes is right.  Gawd, if I have to listen to this Timbuk3 song ever again...

Here's the cherry on RG's sh*t cake - Clapton!  I like me some EC, however...so, yay.

This really is beyond the pale.  I don't know if I can hang on...

Bob gives the '80s... a BAD name!  Best hair: Mr. Buongiovi.

Well, BOSFRA to this little-played Winwood track, "Split Decision".

And alwyas a BOS for Eddie & Ronnie. oh-oh-oh-oh-OOOHHH!

WOS2 Journey -- Bob's not being good to us or himself.

PG hits the big time -- I was hoping for "Sledgehammer" so I could do another Weiner joke.

Van halen - Love Walks In
Timbuk 3 - The Future's So Bright I Gotta Wear Shades
Eric Clapton - It's In The Way That You Use It
Robert Cray - Smoking Gun
Bob Seger - Like a Rock
Bon Jovi - You Give Love a Bad Name
Steve Winwood - Split Decision
Eddie Money - Take Me Home Tonight
Journey - Be Good to Yourself
Peter Gabriel - Big Time

WOS to this crappy Journey song.  Good grief.

Bob should get with the program and play Rush in 77.  Closer to the Heart would be obvious, so  I'd welcome the 11 minute epic Xanadu.

I will dine on honeydew and drink the milk of paradiiiiiIIIIISE!

actually Bob started the whole Rush renaissance rolling -- he plays them in every year they're "legal". and OFTEN.  I blame Chicago's nearness to Canada.

and as expected, Mr Miller boards a big ol' jet air-LINAH. OMFG! the "funky SHIT" version!!. Someone's gonna get docked an hour's pay.

Error #2: "Fat Bottomed Girls" is from '78, Bob.  It's a fat bitch, girls!

Holy Crap! BOSFRA Cheap trick "So Good To See You" -- an ultra-rarity if not an ATBB.

Fleetwood Mac won't stop. And as expected, Foreigner catch cold.

"Urine My Heart, Urine My Soul". Er, eww.

BOS2 dirty Dury, "S&D&R&R" -- here's my tailor, he's called Simon, I know. it's going. to. FIT!

VHM APP --when the sci-fi concept album was still a new, er, concept.

Rush renaissance?  what do you mean?  they never really went away, despite that run of synth-laden records on the 80s-90s, most of which I don't know.  Some fans discovered the band during that run of "pre-classic era" releases.

But it is interesting how "regional" music takes hold.  Perhaps I can credit (some would say "blame") my hometown's proximity to Toronto for finding out about Rush.  Their 2112 album came out circa 76 and a friend's older brother heard of it, then my friend brought the record to our class's "music day."  They always enjoyed prominent radio play on the AOR/headbanger stations back then.
