This Moodies is unfamiliar to me.  If Dave had gone with "Isn't Life Strange" I'd be welling up.

Yeah, we knew we'd hear early Seger!

See, if Crazy Elephant had had talent, "Gimme Gimme Good Lovin'" would have sounded like "Ramblin' Gamblin' Man."

if they'd had talent they'd've been Bubble Puppy.

Is there anywhere else out there in the Cloud where one could come across an exchange like that? <Thor voice> "I say Thee, NAY!"</Thor voice>

Speaking of Muppets -- this very strange link showed up on Boingboing.net today:

http://www.boingboing.net/2008/12/17/muppets-of-burlesque.html

Hmmm. That's the most interesting cross-promotion for a TV show I've ever seen.
Let's get right to it.

yay Moratorium Day -- I remember it well.

Dave's sticking close to his faves today, and he's earned the right (tho' I agree with Tink, something offbeat would rule).

Methinks this Moody toon qualifies.

The Santana is offbeat in that it's the orig studio version, (at least I *think* it is) rather than the live-at-Woodstock version which became more widely heard.

Yeesh, six bands and the shows are two hours apart. Ya think anyone got to play more than about three songs except for Chuck?
