Hour2: Paul Young takes a piece of meat with him. Proxy of shray.

WOS4: Billy Ocean's instantly forgettable "Mystery Lady". No mystery why it peaked at #24. BOS3 Eurythmics with Stevie on harmonica.

VHM Whitney when she was good. WOS5 Martha Motel. "Shame" indeed. WOS6 Heart.

VHMs HoJo and RFTW; BOS4 Madonna's fab "Dress You Up"

WOS7 Motley Crue's utterly unnecessrary re-do of "Smokin' in the Boy's Room"; BOS5 The Pointers' unfairly forgotten "Dare Me"

uber-BOS6 Wham! and my fave 45 of theirs, "Freedom". BOS7 Ms Benatar's also unfairly forgotten "Invincible". and DAYUM! BOS8 Prince's "Pop Life". Whatchoo puttin' in yo' nose?

BOS4 Madonna's fab "Dress You Up"

Mondegreen alert:  Gonna dress you up in nylon...all ovah, all ovah!

Pulled out my Live Aid DVDs yesterday and thought that Madonna looked like a gypsy realtor from Boca Raton.  How the hell did Sean Penn let her leave the house like that?

ah, Hour 1 begins with Soft White Underbelly BOC. Come on, baybee!

I'd rather hear ONJ's "Don't Stop Believin'" than Journey's any day. VHM.  TANC: Buddy Holly woulda been 75 this week; here's Ms Ronstadt screaming covering him.

eek: Afternoon Delight with a Magic Man leads to a Disco Duck.

BOS1 Miss Candi Staten Island!  VHM Miss Ross's unfairly forgotten "One Love in My Lifetime". I can imagine Marvin doing this one 10 years earlier with a sparer arrangement.

Vicki Sue turns it around. But Ms Reddy's ill-fated, half-hearted disco foray "I Can't Hear You No More" is just not her kinda thang.  Leave the Betty Everett covers to Linda R, Helen.

BOS2 Barry M's backup girls: Lady Flash's fab "Street Singin'", a OHW written/produced/arranged by Mr. Manilow. It's got that New York City rhythm -- it's a miracle, I tell ya. Doo-lang-doo-lang-doo lang! And it's followed, appropriately, by the BBs Chuck Berry cover.

OMFG: our Hour 1 "extra" is "Nadia's Theme"!  BOS3 and cheeziest flashback of the day.

Hour 2 JT golden-showes the people. Er, eww. But H&O arrive to clean it up with a worn toothbrush. Wham! Bam!

BOS3 "Who'd She Coo?"

When your body's had enuf of Ray Sawyer...

VHM Leopold "Butters" Stotch's favorite Chicago song.

And it seems I'm having no trouble posting via Netbook. But my PC says I can't access this site. Weird.

another test... still can't access via my PC but here I am on the Netbook.  Our Canuck friends have added a one-hour weekly Beatles show Sundays at Noon Eastern/9 Pacific, right before Casey's '80s. It's not bad.

TANC: Mr Palmer gets a BOS3 for covering Cherrelle, whose BehinfTheHits-style docu I saw earlier this week.

OMFG: Nu Shooz's *other* hit, the *other* "Point of No Return". VHMFRA. proxy of Gaz: 3/4 of the Monkees. and BOS4 the sublime Anita Baker.

Best. LDD. Evah: Jermaine Stewart!!

Holy flaming mutha! uber-BOS5 Simply Red "Money$ Too Tight" -- did the earth move for ya, Nancy?

I think I have Cherrelle's "Everything I Miss At Home" 45 at my mom's house!

Hideous song, but I must admit, Don Johnson didn't have too bad a voice.

aaack: Hour 2 begins with WOS1, Don Johnson's "Heartbeat". As if I haven't heard enuf Beatles this morning: "Twist & Shout". Thanks, John Hughes.

VHM VH; BOS6 Tina's unjustly forgotten "Typical Male"

WOS2 Lisa Lisa. I *lurve* their upbeat stuff but "All Cried Out" is an awful ballad. "set this place on fi-uh/'cause I'm ti-uh'd"? Yeesh. And WOSes 3 & 4 even worse ballads: Loverboy "Heaven in Your Eyes" and Peter Cetera "Glory of Love". My head may explode.

**YAY!!** I'm able to access the board from my PC again. Now can somebody explain WTF was going on the past 24 hours??

Dave & Annie are in the "Missionary" position, heh heh.

Sorry, I never liked DLR's "Yankee Rose". Is he singing about a woman? a boat? a car?

wow, I surely haven't heard Macca's "Press" since '86. VHMFRA.
