I might have missed the whole story Casey told, but did he say that Bonnie screamed out of frustration during her initial recovery?  Per Wikipedia, that's what gave her voice that irreversible raspiness:

"After the surgery, she was ordered not to speak for six weeks to aid the healing process, but she accidentally screamed out in frustration one day. This caused her voice to take on a raspy quality."

What a fantastic chart. The Rufus was NTM and I loved it, too.  About the only thing I could do with out is Linda Ronstadt screaming.   ETA: Sorry, Mike, but Player's This Time I'm In It For Love sounds like the theme song for weak, failed romcom TV pilot.   

I always expect AT40 to edit longer songs, but Baker Street street sounded faster and higher to me.  Could be the station I'm listening to, which is Madison Wisconsin's Magic 98.. But the pre-recorded jock inserts show off their charming midwest accents, donchaknow..?  No extras, though.
