Casey mentioned a SF station before Sade's song in 1986. I don't remember AT40 being on in the Bay Area since 1982 when it left KCBS-FM (switched from KCBS-FM to KRQR "The Rocker").

BTW, Mike, I think We Built This City is among the 5 worst songs of all time, far worse than Sara. Although, as I think about it, just about all of the 80's Starship was pretty bad.

"Moody Blue" was NTM, believe it or not.  I was underwhelmed.  But while I'm packing for a weekend trip to DC, Elton's getting me to get up and dance, dance, dance.  (I remember "Bite Your Lip" well from his 1980 Central Park concert, in the Donald Duck outfit.)
