another BOS for Porno For Pyros, just because of my memory of playing frisbee with Perry & Steve on the Mexican border in '89.

At a bout 9:15 Dave mentioned that it was going tobe 1993 today, and he said that "it's going to be a really good set.  At least it looks good on paper."

Dave really thinks that playing Zhane demonstrates hipness and range. ;)

AAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!  WOS3 "Bad Boys". Ali, I was sorta kidding earlier, but this is FAR worse than Ginger's set.  And Dave just did another live insert -- WTF?

Really?  I'd like to hear more of that story.

I don't think I've heard this "Bad Boys" song before, and I hope I don't hear it again.

Isn't Cops one of Dave's guilty TV pleasures, along with Judge Judy?

Dave has more guilty pleasures than legitimate ones, I fear.

Jeez, the Proclaimers, in one of the 2 years they're "legal" -- I'm not "haverin'"... but I may heave.

I was completely baffled that this pedestrian cover from an even more pedestrian movie became UB40's biggest hit.
What's the movie?

Sliver.

Calling Sliver 'pedestrian' may well be the kindest review it ever got.

ROTFL!

"Hey Sharon Stone's hot right now -- let's put her in another 'erotic thriller'. Script? who needs a script?"

It sure killed William Baldwin's career for a decade. (and deservedly so)

Hey Wayback, who's the babe with the football?

And generally, when did some of our avatars suddenly get scroll bars? Ali's got one, and now Wayback does, too.

BOS to Radiohead, their first hit. So kcufin' special...
Let's get right to it.

Alec still rules, tho' -- 30 Rock is too hilarious for words.

Well, I guess someone will BOS Radiohead...

Trivia I just learned the other day: "Creep" has such a similar chord progression to "The Air That I Breathe" that Albert Hammond Sr. sued and won himself a writing credit on the song.  Personally, I don't hear the connection.

you do rc, and although I haven't seen an ep either I still know what it is.

Cna't believe I can offer a 3rd BOS, but Radiohead deserves one.  However I think I'm already up to four WOS votes anyway.

I didn't know the factoid about the successful lawsuit, but I have always heard the similarity.

This is from the album Pablo Honey, and in 1993 I was living in Taiwan and watched this video on the MTV Japan channel, and they always listed the album as Pabro Honey.
