At a bout 9:15 Dave mentioned that it was going tobe 1993 today, and he said that "it's going to be a really good set.  At least it looks good on paper."

Gin Blossoms "Mrs. Rita" is the only thing that remotely qualifies as looking good on paper as far as I'm concerned, so I'll have to give it a BOS.  Sure wish they'd stuck around longer and produced more albums.

I was thinking the computers had taken a crap again, but we just heard the SH6 bumper so they either rebooted fast, or Dave got caught without a 93 bumper cued up.

I was just looking at this in the Db and noting that it has only appeared in late Feb or early Mar, and so I was going to strongly predict hearing it today.  Too late to be psychic tho'

My bro' lives in Tempe, AZ, I recall seeing Gin Blossoms in small club there early 90's. Cool to see a group when they're just about to hit it big. Unfortunately one of their main guys killed himself, sealing the fate of their short run at the top.
