Wow. You know me and one of my fantasies too well. Dangerous for me to potentially get that close to him. I might pass out or leap at him to make personal contact. I might be able to go but I work Saturday and have no opportunity to buy during the onsale. I'll post tomorrow if I can go and if yes, would you get me a ticket to go with you?

I'm long overdue in posting pics of Bridge School last weekend.  Alicat's posted several on Facebook, and I'll have some up there soon.  If any of you are not friends with me there, befriend me  Meantime, I cannot say enough good things about the show.  Everyone was a different flavor of terrific, especially in the covers.  (Gavin Rossdale = "Landslide," "Sometimes It Snows in April"! Chris Martin = "Earth Angel"!!!)  And I can now say I've seen Adam Sandler and Neil Young share a stage.  ("Powderfinger"!)

That's a lot of exclamation.  I'll tell more tales soon.

Graz,
Gaz.

Maybe he hit his head when he fell, and forgot he was in a band?

Here's another take on Tyler Quits Aerosmith. Enjoy readers comments following the article!

Indeed, the reader comments are as good as Perry's. (Particularly T_Shane's.) Can't wait to see what Tyler fires back.
Let's get right to it.

T_Shane is hilarious, and he seems to have some fans in there ("Welcome back, T_Shane!").  The snarkiness level and hilarity of the Daily Dish comments is usually pretty high, must say.

Aerosmith is such a powerful band, I mean it's like a steam locomotive. Or maybe one of those old-timey bicycles with the giant front wheel,

Haha, this came up in a story this week - the bicycle, not Aerosmith or locomotion.  I now know that it has a name: a "penny-farthing."

right, the name comes from the relative sizes of the two coins, the penny (L) and the farthing (R):
