Barring a theme set (Instrumentals? Soul Patrol? Easter?) I'm gonna predict 1970, it's been 6 weeks since we were there.  Too bad '71 was so recent -- Good Friday's always a good friday to pull out the JC Superstar medley.

Actually Murray Head's "Superstar" originally charted (briefly) in '70, so I wouldn't be surprised if we heard it as a stand-alone.

Ah, you were close--just off by an hour--Ginger grabbed the 70 set for today.

But '72 ain't so bad. And starting with the Moodies ain't too bad neither. Proxy of 'Shray.
Let's get right to it.

BOS Lighthouse, "Sunny Days" a WNEW-FM summer flashback, half-undressed just soakin' up the sun -- and possibly a spot-the-vinyl?

Glad to hear this was played somewhere--cause it sure wasn't out here. We didn't know what we missed--it is a great tune. BOS1

Both SD and "One Fine Morning" were 'NEW staples, as were all things Raspberries -- who doubtless will make an appearance today.

Agreed, but this one is the huge sledgehammer for the summer of '72. JB's Doctor My Eyes, same thing.

Wonder what Steely Dan we'll hear?

See, now, One Fine Morning we heard a lot--why the west coast programmers didn't jump on Sunny Days too is beyond me.
