why the west coast programmers didn't jump on Sunny Days too is beyond me.

I can't give you any sledgehammers, but I seem to remember hearing this, and I've never lived anywhere but the west coast.

Was wondering if that was what that clip was. Def. worked nicely into ATYD. Ian Hunter et al owe their careers to Bowie dishing this song off to them.
Let's get right to it.

Michael York's voice is unmistakeable, even more so than Liza's.

I think I'll give my BOS to "White Lies" today.  No particular reason, just sounds good since I'm working from home & have the volume cranked quite high.

uh-oh -- Mr BOS (aka Todd) is here.

I wish Dave'd let that track into that song that actually comes next -- a great instrumental whose name escapes me.

the instrumental is "Breathless", WNEW-FM used it as the music bed for their weekly "Concert Happenings around NYC" PSA for years.

My best of week, and another reason to catch the replays tomorrow morning while I watch dirty snowflakes fall outside my new Brooklyn home.
