Was that Mrs. Agnew clip a bustout?  I sure never heard it before, to my memory.

I seem to remember hearing it at least once before.

Spirit, Got a Line On You, another Morey staple.

Ooooo, another strong BOS contender--and one which will lengthen the set considerably: KC, Court of the Crimson King.

Dude, it's prog rock!
Let's get right to it.

BOS whatever "Court of the Crimson King", used MOST effectively in Children of Men -- if you have not seen it, it's out on DVD. Rent it immediately.

Even over King Crimson?  I still say yes, but y'all know it's hard for me not to give an overall BOS to anything with Greg Lake on it.

Wrote that before CotCK started--if you'll read down, I've allowed for the possibility of changing my vote.

Another BOS to RB Greaves, one of the really great pop singles in a year chock full of 'em. And another for the "why didn't this man have a career?" file.

Everybody get together. Awwwww.

A total flashback to late Aug/ealy Sept of '69, when I was about to begin the trauma of freshman year in high school.

Remarkable how many bases Dave touched with that set.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”
