I think I heard we're getting 78. Will Dave close with Thunder Island? Maybe I misheard being that we had 78 recently. But if we do.....

My wish list
Disco is a must.
Boogie Shoes
Dance Disco Heat
Night Fever
Get Off
Lets all Chant
Flashlight
You and I
Baker St. (any Gerry Rafferty)
Deacon Blues or FM
Count on Me
Only the Good Die Young
Take Me to the River
I Need a Miracle
Serpentine Fire

If we don't, I'll delete or edit the subject line.

We had '78 last Monday (10/16) so I doubt it's up again today.  But '76 is due.

Guess Alicat heard right. But the same year twice in 10 days--that's wacked.
Let's get right to it.

Well that settles it -- Dave's definitely being told to beef up the '70s sets.  Either that or early Alzheimers

Let's Tie One On!

Sounded like a long version, with some extra-funky bass near the end, and a "Thank you, ma'am" to close it out.

I have a dumb question: Why do so many songs refer to "London Town" rather than just "London"?  Is there a distinction?  Is it like saying "New York City" instead of "New York"?

Ignorantly,
Gaz.

well, yes. I believe London Town is the section of London that is the core of the city, dating back to when it was founded.
