https://soundcloud.com/capnjack-1/331-10-10-get-together

Inspired by this post from Larry at Funky16Corners (and Geoff's collecting of this song), I put together this "theme" set,
using soundbites from one Donald Trump (with cameos from Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio).  Let me know what you think of this!

ETA: I have loads more versions of this song (including renditions from We Five, Jefferson Airplane, Carpenters, just to name a few),
so if I get a positive response from this, I'll do another edition...

Is the version of "Good Morning Good Morning" just a basic track? I'm not hearing any backround vox or horns or any of the other embellishments, just guitar, bass, drums and lead vocals.

Love hearing the Gerry & the Pacemakers version of How Do You Do It. I've almost gotten more accustomed to hearing the Fab Four version from the bootleg I've had for ages.

That Ivor Cutler cut was just weird.

None better than "Hey Bulldog" -- "d'you know anymore?"

Two thumbs up.

Let's get right to it.

Yes, it's from Anthology 2 -- this set was put together from themes/ideas I was planning when Mr. Martin passed, and I cobbled everything together.

I still plan on doing another tribute set with some interview segments.

In case if anyone was wondering...

I didn't realize I had so many half-finished sets gathering dust.  I'm going to finish them off (save the
Christmas one -- I'll hold onto that one until year's end).  What to expect:

Prince covers (a second Prince tribute)
1969/strictly instrumental
2005 (in honor of AL's last FB call for requests)
George Martin tribute (with George Martin interview soundbites)
David Bowie tribute (focused on his later years)
Hits From Hell (for Friday the 13th)

I'll start posting them soon.
