Oh no, dead wise guys everywhere. Darn you, Jimmy!
Huh?

I know "Layla" is unnecessary, but I still enjoy it.

Wait, WHAT?? I thought we were done. and now it's the uber-uber-uber-LN of all time, "Layla". Good gawd.

But this piano/slide guitar part is über groovy. Even on the 3,000th listen.

Goodfellas. Maybe I'll post the clip later, when I'm using the computer, not phone.

So my wife was telling me I missed Elton John on 10@10.  I Google: kfog 10at10

OOOF.  The KFOG website redesign is so crappy, they didn't redirect old 10@10 links to the new site, so they lost all of their Google ranking, and the top hit?  Check it:

And what if I did: kfog 10@10?

So uh yeah, watch what you say, people are watching.  :-}

In other news -- the 10@10 "database" (which is really just essentially doing a "Save Page" once a week) is in danger of not existing anymore, since KFOG management hasn't seen fit to post playlists on the "new" 10@10 page, http://www.kfog.com/page.php?page_id=211

The last two week's dumps of the old page return this:

I just went to the KFOG FB-page and in the thread about today's set I asked if they were still planning to post set-lists. I understand the web re-design, imposed by Cumulus at the last minute, caught them flat-footed. so that may be the issue.  "Just Played" still ain't workin' and Rosalie's Acoustic Sunrise setlists are MIA as well.  Tho' Dred has been posting "Connected" lists recently.

I'm gonna assume an early-'80s set tomorrow. Will there be a shamelessly self-promotional "Concert 4 Kids" set on Friday?

absolutely!

I had a friend play the piano part on the outro for our wedding recessional!  I just love Duane Allman simulating flying birds at the end.
