That's how I feel about 1986 in general.
Let's get right to it.

The thing is, my '86 "wish list" is one of the longest of any year, but it's mostly pop hits that the Drive and the sound would never dare play, and even AL only parcels out in small doses. the only rock/alt-rock tunes on it are "Absolute Beginners" (which she just gave us recently), early FYC, and ZZT's "Velcro Fly"  I'd love any of these:

We Don’t Have To take Our Clothes Off (Jermaine Stewart)
Typical Male (Tina T)
Open Your Heart/True Blue (Madonna)
I can’t wait (Nu Shooz)
You Got It All (the Jets)
Saturday Love (Cherelle/A O’Neal)
Dreamtime (Daryl Hall)
Nothin’ Goin’ On But da Rent (Gwen Guthrie)
The Rain (Oran “Juice” Jones)
Human (Human League)
Chain Reaction (Diana Ross)

Fat chance...
