Well, it's back.  But it has changed, and I don't see a way to have our group again...

http://kfog.pooltracker.com/pickem/picks_edit.aspx?

That's a bit odd -- group or no group, you were always pre-registered by virtue of being a "registered Foghead". Now it's a separate operation altogether, it seems.

OK, I'm in. but (crappier still) after you save your picks you don't get a nice, easily-cut-and-pastable list.

RGMIKESF NYG  CIN  NYJ  NE  PIT  JAX  DET  SEA  NO  PHI  DAL  SD  SF  IND  GB  DEN  34

I'm in, but they aint making it easy...

Flem59 (Rod) NYG CIN NYJ NE PIT JAX ATL BUF NO PHI DAL SD SF IND GB OAK 40
JoeMama: NYG BAL NYJ NE PIT TEN DET SEA NO PHI CLE SD STL IND GB DEN 45

Urthwerm NYG  BAL  NYJ  NE  PIT  JAC  DET  SEA  NO  PHI  DAL  CAR  STL  IND  GB  DEN  38
Let's get right to it.

Don't remember but I did get my pics in. Did all of you type your pics in here or copy paste? The new system threw me for a loop.

The football Cardinals moved to Phoenix around the same time in the offseason 20 yrs ago as the baseball Cardinals lost Jack Clark to free-agency.  The Post-Dispatch poll found that 57% of those surveyed thought that losing Clark was a worse blow to St.Louis sports than losing an entire NFL franchise.  Which proves two htings:  How much of a baseball town St. Louis is, and how rotten the Bidwells' PR was.  (fwiw, they're still the owners of the football team & they're about despised in AZ as they were in MO)

so, the school blocks the pool site as a 'gambling' location, so I can't check scores.  How'd we do?

Well, I got 9 right. But we're no longer listed as a group so you've gotta look everyone up individually.

PS: No perfect scores.  Two people nailed 14; nine more got 13.  So Urth is tied for 12th overall.

Sorry, I did some soul-searching and realized I couldn't stick with this over the whole season.  Not least because I looked ahead to my schedule and am likely to be traveling in Asia at least twice bewteen now & the playoffs & just got too much on my plate generally.  I know if I did it I'd spend many hours trying to bone up, that are better spent on other means of wasting time.  ;)

Me too. Would have fared better than 11 in the pool had it not been for the Niners and Raiders. Screw the "home" teams. I never learn!
