I'm late to the party; tail end of "Overture/It's a Boy" followed by Rare Earth's "Get Ready" which I guess was a late-'69 release.

Since it's Administrative Professionals Day, he should play "Take a Letter, Maria."  Or better yet, "Take the day off, Maria."

Yes -- you do know who did that, don'cha?

A comedy group called the Credibility Gap, who made several LPs and did radio stuff in LA.  They consisted of none other than Michael McKean and David L. Lander (aka Laverne & Shirley's Lenny & Squiggy) and the great Harry Shearer. I have some old stuff of theirs -- I'll have to bring it to the next get-together. Brilliant, they were.

I remembered the personnel, as they all appear in Spinal Tap, but forgot what they called themselves.  Been 20 years since I heard that, at least.
