TOTHK: Thin Lizzy, as unnecessary a '76 track as I can think of.

Bruce Jenner still needs Wheaties, considering the family he married into.

uber-LN2: "You Sexy Thing". If that was supposed to be a clever segue, we're in trouble.

ETA: we heard this in a '75 set a month ago...

I adore this one!  never get tired of it -- although it def is LN for shizzle.

I'm not listening, just lurking.

oy: Stones, "Hot Stuff". Not one of my faves of theirs, tho' it's better than "Fool to Cry".

RGMike, what would be your requests from '76? If Renee actually took requests...  ;)

Dischead has mentioned that 1976 was one of the weakest years ever. So far, this set has done nothing to prove him wrong.

my '76 wish-list from the AL era -- one of the few years I never got her to play any of my requests in.

I Don’t Wanna Go Home/You Mean So Much To Me (Southside Johnny/Jukes)
Who’d She Coo? (Ohio Players)
Heat Treatment -or-Hotel Chambermaid -or- Pourin it all Out (Graham Parker)
Love Really Hurts w/out You (Billy Ocean)
Don’t Leave me This way (Harold Melvin/Teddy P)
Fanny -or- Love So Right (Bee Gees)
You to Me Are Everything (Real Thing)
Life in the Air Age (Be-Bop Deluxe)
Hard Work (John Handy)
Who’s Your Boyfriend (Piper)
Could it be Magic (onna Summer)
Hangin’ on the Telephone (the Nerves)

uber-LN3: Elton and Kiki, even if there's something subversive about a gay guy and a lesbian singing a love duet.  We've heard this one recently, too, no?

ETA: This was a hit in '77...  And there were 26 #1's in '76 to choose from, Renee...  ::)
