I like it. Haven't heard it in a while. And besides, the Stanford Band used it in a field show referring to John DeLorean and we made the wheels turn and snort up a line of cocaine. So there.

OK this is completely ridiculous. The Brooke Shields Calvin Klein spots premiered in late 1980; "Cars" was a hit in 1980. Honestly -- this is not brain surgery.

Meh.  While CN is a fine song, it's not terribly necessary to hear it here again.  Maybe the could break out something less obvious from a double lp.  Maybe, I don't know, "Mother"?

The PF was released in the fall of 79, and Sharona is def a 79 tune, but yeah, I am hearing a whole lot of what I remember from 1980 in this set.
