29 April 2013: it's... 1987
« on: April 29, 2013, 08:56:56 AM »
The triumphant return of beloved Renee (kidding).

She had a fab time in Croatia, BTW.  But we rarely have a fab time in 1987.

TOTHLN: INXS. "Hard to believe we need a place called hell" when there's 1987.

"Beds are Burning" in '87? yeah, legal, but I'll always associate it with '88.  either way it's uber-LN2.

I'll give it an HM. I'll place it in the SR (Snoozy Rarity) category.

Grateful Dead "West L.A. Fadeaway"

well, at least it's not "Hell in a Bucket" or "Touch of Gray". Still, rather snoozy.

This isn't the greatest song, but it's extremely rare compared to the big hits on "In the Dark".

Think that counts as a rarity jinx, RGM!

BOS The Grateful Dead.  I didn't find it snoozy at all.  It fit my Monday mood perfectly.

ooo! I *love* Pat Metheny's "Last Train Home"  (aka the Amtrack commercial). Snoozy? Yes, but lovely. uber-BOS1 from me.
