A very sweet set, some of my favorite "radio" songs here. Particularly liked the Sports, and actually all of the first five are big faves, as well as the last three songs, too. And the three that came between them were new to me, but perfectly suited for this, so hat's off.

I know "radio" is a seemingly overdone theme, but there's so much material to be drawn from, I'd think there's enough that you could do several more sets and not repeat a song. "Midnight Radio" from "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" is a particular fave. I have others, but not the time to recall them all right now. More later.

Excellent set. Not sure which I enjoyed more -- the songs or the clips. And I was fine with the country stuff. Loved hearing the Shel Silverstein stuff for the first time in eons. The newer ones I'd never heard before (Ashley, Kasey, Brandy -- sounds like a Cal sorority) were fine in a hot-young-country sorta way. BOS for me was Henry, also the Arlo tune (glad you left the afterbit on that one).

Also. *loved* the various Child's Garden of Grass clips. I had a college class that used that as one of its texts, but don't know if I ever heard the audio version.

This is another theme that could easily stand a revisit, should you get the inspiration. I thought of a couple while I was listening -- Fats Waller's "If You're a Viper" being one and I'm blanking on the others. They'll come back to me, probably while I'm nowhere near the computer or the phone.

Question: How come you're still using the Renee intro/outro clips instead of phasing in Annalisa? Not a huge deal either way, I was just curious.
