This is a day early, but...
In honor of Halloween, it's Hits From Hell, featuring the voices of Dave Morey and Don Pardo.
This set was compiled from selections chosen by one Andy Rush. Let me explain...
In the late '80s ('87-'89, to be precise), I would listen to the "Wax Museum" on 97.3 KRQR-FM, hosted
by said Andy Rush, which aired on the weekends. He would play AOR cuts from '64 to '79. In the middle
of this program, he set aside a few minutes for a feature called "Bad Wax". He would choose a song
that he disliked (often a record he used to spin as a disc jockey in the '70s). He would tell a story of
why he chose the song, and halfway through the song, he would "nuke" it (i.e. destroy the record on
air). For this Hits From Hell, I selected ten records that were aired on "Bad Wax" (which I don't believe
were selected by DM for Hits From Hell). I'll post the setlist on Halloween, as not to spoil it for you, if you
listen to it now:
