Gary Wright "Love Is Alive"

BOS 4.  Technically okay, as The Dream Weaver album came out in June of  1975, but this is definitely more a '76 song than a '75 song.  Still, points for not being "Dream Weaver."

indeed, the Drive (for example) plays both songs in '75. And plays Orleans' "Dance With Me" in '73. But... they do it consistently.

So bummed I missed that one -- I think I had to work.  My friends all went, they loved it.  When Frampton came back in '76, I had tickets but ended up back in the hospital with a concussion for an auto accident i'd been in.  Didn't see Frampton until the I'm In You tour.  Talk about your letdowns!

Bee Gees "Jive Talkin'"

I know this isn't the most original pick, but it's my BOS. Also, inspiration for one of the best Beavis & Butthead video commentaries: "Is this the Black Crowes?"

Well done -- no repeats. In fact, all ten songs are 1st time RR 10@10 era spins.

I went to see Fleetwood Mac.  Long day.  By the time Trower came out, we were feeling pretty crispy.  Left during his awesomely loud set.
