Wowowow, giant BOS for obscure Was (Not Was).  "Out Come the Freaks".

Now, THIS is what 10@10 needs to be about.

for me at least, this Steve Winwood Santana track was LN back in the day, and remains so forevermore.

I'm tempted to grab a (aba)cab and split.  LN4 Genesis. There's a hole in this somewhere -- DC's head, perhaps.

Yay, first time in a long while I can work from home & hear an entire set.

nice to see ya, bub.  You haven't been missing much in the Renee/DC era.

From what I have heard in the car since Annalisa defected, I'd have to agree.  Seems that the more social media focused things get, the more they get dumbed down by the LCD.  Or have y'all come to a different conclusion in my absence?

And ironically enough, Renee seems to want to have nothing whatever to do with social media.

One rarity, one almost (U2), and a whole lot of LNs. Wish I could be as enthusiastic about this set as some of the 'Snipes, but I've heard these songs far too many times.

This set seems to be about on par with the Renee era. One truly unexpected song, a couple of borderline interesting tunes, and a whole pile of LN.

Pretty much. DC has always had a "formula" to impose on 10@10, but AL was petter equipped to make it work for her, because she was passionate about the show as a creative outlet (just as DM was). Renee doesn't really care and so with a set-list devised by committee, it is often downright depressing.

Seriously?...I think she does, but just doesn't let us know about it.

she's made it clear she HATES Facebook, in terms of dealing with what she perceives as mean, hyper-critical Fogheads (see: the Twitch debacle, and the complaints about the recent charity radio-thons). She Tweets, apparently.

I get that I'm preaching to the choir, but given that she works in radio, hating Facebook just doesn't cut it. R/ the Twitch and recent charity embarrassments, well, isn't the fact that Fogheads were voicing their opinions the purest form of democracy? At least for the former, it might have made a difference.
