Or so the clues on the promo would indicate.

Predictions: Sweet Home Alabama, Killer Queen, Come & Get Your Love, Rock On, Waterloo, Taking Care of Business, I Shot the Sheriff, something by Macca, something by Elton

I just turned it on to hear EC, and I was hoping you would be listening/posting. I have to say I was hoping for more sarcasm in your comment, though ;-)

This underwhelming Grand Funk cover fits right in with this group.

Stream is way behind and we're two-for-two in the LN column, just two songs in. Pining for AL's prowess in the 70s here.
Let's get right to it.

VHM Buffett before he became a cliche.  This may be the closest to a rarity we get, kids.

I'd never heard this before. I like it a lot better than Margaritaville. DC has been saving the more interesting songs, usually two-three, for the end, kind of like AL often saved slot 10 for her most rocking song.

I fear you're right. Linda When She Was Hot sure isn't one.

Some of the old AL gang must be lovin' it, though. Well, at least one (the knife, the knife!)

we used to call overused news clips "Sallys" -- and the Patty Hearst one sure is.

Must of got BOS: J Geils -- shades of AL.

Speaking of the knife between the teeth image, I wonder if RR has ever been deemed worthy. It's hard to picture, frankly (not to mention DC or Icky).

Can one king fu fight with a knife between the teeth? Hi yaaaaaah!
