"He's got me, oh why
Can't I get him ..."

Best non-Motown Motown ever!!!

Dave stones the Crow for the second time in under a week.  I still love the horns on "Evil Woman Don't Play Your Games With Me," even if the band didn't.

Yikes! Crow... twice in a week.

Gaz, the non-Motown Motown set is another one that Dave needs to do someday.

Thtnks for the ID on this 'un Gaz--I don't recall ever hearing this before. But Dave seems to be on a serious Horn kick of late. Think how much we've heard Chicago, ToP, Ides of March, etc. in the last couple of months.

And here's some Zep for Rod! Twice in one morning...serious BOS contender.
Let's get right to it.

I can't describe to you young'uns just how different this album sounded when it came out.  It really was a significant sound.

more Zep for Rod to miss... unless he's fixed his speakers by now.

BOS2 for me (Flirtations being #1).

Gaz, I assume there were no original Flirtations left to be upset when Michael Callen stole their name?

Zep for Rod, and now some Sly for Gaz.

Must have something to do with having 3 letters in your name.

1. Flirtations, "Nothin' But a Heartache"
2. Dells, "There Is"
3. Platters, "With This Ring" (best non-Four Tops Four Tops ever)

More?
