And since we just had a "guilty pleasures" set two weeks ago, that pretty much fulfills the Hits From Hell/Turkeys quota for the year.  Any bets as to whether we get Tax Day or Earth Day sets next week? I'm taking the negative on both.

Let's get right to it.

I'd say 15% chance on Earth Day and 10% on Tax Day. The latter is spent in my opinion, so no big loss.

I'll go ahead and venture that the next themed set will be Mothers Day.

Earth day is a Sunday so It could be our Friday set. Tax Day is Tuesday (delayed this year) but Tues is that commercial-free "44 cents can save a child" thingy so sadly I'll bet against a "Money" set -- one of my favorite theme sets, actually.

KFOG has been running spots for weeks about World Concern, a charity whose pitch is that 44 cents can cure an impoverished 3rd World child of life-threatening parasites.

the station is going commercial-free on Tues to raise money for this outfit. They're a "Christian" group (part of CRISTA Ministries), which certainly gives me pause.

BOS!

Hit-and-run post from me - we've had a CRAZY busy week putting out both our regular weekly issue and the upcoming TIME 100 issue in a condensed time frame.  Ugh.

Hope you've all been well!  I'm on vacation for two weeks after today and hope to be more of a presence here!

LN: Macca. also "Wimpiest of Set", probably.

"rocketing skyward", "comet exploding" -- Paul needs luck to have an orgasm? Well, at his age...

I came in late figuring this would be hits from hell - and thought it was with Wings

Lucky Strike commercial... isn't that technically illegal?

Yep, apparently since 1971.

"so round... so firm... so fully packed" they were talking about CIGARETTES?

For SHAME: a re-recorded (non-Teddy P) version of "Bad Luck". WOS.
