Nothing approaching a deep track on there. And only Out In The Street is not the go-to choice for Bruce's sax-centric tunes (that'd be Jungleland). But I'm surprised Bob didn't include a Chicago tune, since they usually get played at the slightest excuse.
Let's get right to it.

Wed 2/29/12: 1967

No Leap Day special here. But '67 will do nicely. Let's spend some (Sock-it-to-Me) Time together.

uber-LN1: "Happy Together"

VHM TJ & the Shondells, alone at last; BOS1 the Rascals, lonely too long.

VHM Jimi, even tho' "Purple Haze" has seen less-overexposed daze.

uber-LN of all time: "Brown Eyed Girl" -- given that the Drive plays this 17 times a week, it's the equivalent of  AL playing "Wild Wild Life" in an '86 set.

BOS2 Doors, "20th Century Fox"

"what number is ths, Jim?" It's song #10, Davy.  BOS3 a daydream believer and an old closet queen.

Turtles - Happy Together
Buffalo Springfield - Rock & Roll Woman
Rolling Stones - Let's Spend the Night Together
Tommy James and the Shondells - I Think We're Alone Now
Traffic - Dear Mr. Fantasy
Rascals - I've Been Lonely Too Long
Jimi Hendrix - Purple Haze
Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl
Doors - Twentieth Century Fox
Monkees - Daydream Believer

Have to wonder if this was coincidental or if Bob learned of Davy's death and called an audible. The earliest post I saw broke around 9:30 PT, so could be he heard it thru the grapevine so to speak.
Let's get right to it.

Thur 3/1/12: No 10@10 -- "Album Sides Thursday" on the Drive.  And tomorrow will be 1984 but I'll be at an all-day offsite and probably not connected to the 'net.

Whenever one attends an offsite, they can search for an owner of a lonely heart.
