I actually think they make a good radio pair.  By themselves, Renee is too obnoxious and DC is too sedate.

I was probably listening to KSFX in '81.  Anyone remember Johnny and the Distractions?  They also played Maggot Brain a lot.

I had a 10 am training today.  Busy day here at the old club! 

I can't remember what station I was listening to in '81.  KSAN had already died (went country November 15, 1980 according to Wiki) by then, and I'm not remembering what my other rock options were. 


ETA:  Though I was a student at SF State at the time, and listened to the school radio station quite a bit.
