VHM H&O -- borderline LN but there was a certain joy in how they found their formula and stuck to it at that point in their career. "we're having HITS, dammit!"

BOS Joan Jett just for not being "ILRnR".
Could the hipper and/or younger ones ID the songs?  Yes, it sounds like Joan Jett, but I have no idea what song/album it is.

I'm not young or hip, but I think it's called Do You Want To Touch Me

She's a Bad Mamma Jamma is heard a lot on 98.1 KISS FM, which I know we ALL listen to.

I never really liked JJ, so why would I know her whole catalog?

Hah! I was just gonna say: VHM Carl Carlton, unless you listen to Kiss-FM alot, in which case LN.

it's possible he said "her body measurements are PERT in every dimension", but I doubt it.

She's a Bad Mamma Jamma and he's a bad lyricist.

sorry, I tend to assume we were all listening to rock radio in 1981, in which case this was played pretty often.

My 98.1 knowledge is limited to references others make on this board.

DUDE! "dimension" rhymes with "attention" -- that's GENIUS!
