It's the song that I got my name from & my #1 song of 1999; I'm forced to BOS it.

WOS "You Get What You Give".  I never quite got the fanfare for this one.  Besides which, it's part of regular rotation.

This So It Goes song is NTM.  Worth a VHM, for now.

this was a *seriously* overplayed KFOG staple at the time. Alice too, iirc.

BOS2 the jazzy mix of Special that I've heard a few times since DC took over.  (I emailed him and he said he dug it out of the archives.)

That's true, it's not the most necessary pick in the world...but I still like it.  "Someday We'll Know" would sound good in 1999, though.

Maybe b/c it tries very hard to be an anthem.  I buy it.  I think it succeeds and I like the song, but I can see how some might think it tries too hard.

But what do they have against those nice young Hanson Boys?

Not sure what that last song was but it was pretty awesome.  BOS.

Edit: Per FB it's RL Burnside.

This Everything's Gonna Be All Right tune would have been BOS had they superimposed Conan singing the chorus.
Slipping into something
And out of something else

completely unnecessary: Dennis Hopper, Bob Seger and Sonny & Cher, which is in way-too-often regular rotation.... much as I liked the song in '98.
