ZOMG!   Dave has played BBD on 10at10, but what an extreme rarity for KFOG (or any other station, for that matter).

Another fecund topic. I requested Love's "Maybe the People Would Be the Times or Between Clark and Hilldale," but thought long and hard about Embrace's "All You Good Good People."

Can't say for certain, but everything I heard about the guy who had the exclusive contract to book shows at the Maritime reinforced the theory that he was a major schmuck. He tried to get over on everyone. If I remember correctly, the Longshoremen's Union (which owns the Maritime Hall building) refused to renew the contract when it was up and decided they didn't really want to be in the concert business after all. Too bad, it was a nice room. I saw Merle Haggard there, as well as P-Funk and a few others I'm forgetting right now.
Let's get right to it.
